If we uncover a mismatch and there are elements of your new home(s) that your budget cannot accommodate, we will work together to make modifications so as to still achieve the result you are after. This is not an uncommon situation when creating designs before engaging your builder, so if you do decide to engage your builder after the fact, be prepared for the likelihood of adjustments needing to be made. However, no matter where you are at in your design process, it is best to engage the services of your builder sooner rather than later so as to benefit from their expertise and unique understanding of construction to save you a lot of time and money overall.
